This series is a small group class (max of 6 students) focused on core strength training enhanced by the resistance system of the Pilates Springboard and challenging mat exercises. Develop clearer form and alignment and address muscular imbalances while challenging your core, building strength in your hips and shoulder girdle and learning integrated movement of your limbs through core.

Most of us are stronger on one side of our body. The Springboard is an excellent way to work on our existing muscular imbalances. Each limb carries its own weight independently so you can easily tell which limb is working harder and adjust accordingly. In this series, you'll learn Pilates Mat exercises that can be done anywhere and the complement exercises using the resistance system of the Springboard to challenge you to work harder to stabilize and balance in a fun, challenging and safe environment.
