Pilates curious? This fun and challenging weekly small group class (max 6 students) will target core strength to establish a solid foundation for your Pilates practice with a focus on form and alignment that supports developing core stability, flexibility, and range of motion. You'll safely progress through a beginning series of exercises to challenge and build your core strength and move the body in flexion, extension and sidebending. Each class will begin with a focus on Pilates breathing technique to destress and optimize the activation and engagement of your core to support you throughout your practice.Â
This will help establish the next steps in joining the 4 week "Advanced Series Mat/Springboard" and take your Pilates practice to the next level!
